Return Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request a return within <strong>30 calendar days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, the item must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be unused and unworn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be unwashed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have all original tags attached, where applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include original packaging when reasonably available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not show signs of use, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or other contamination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Hygiene Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, or otherwise used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns may also be refused if the product has:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Been worn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Been washed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Been damaged by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Had hygiene liners or protective seals removed, where applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Been exposed to makeup, perfume, deodorant, body oils, stains, or odors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Been altered or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These restrictions are intended to protect the health and hygiene of our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect, we may provide a replacement, replacement shipment, or refund as appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
