We offer a selection of women’s lingerie and sleepwear designed for everyday comfort, relaxation, and personal style.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

4. Which shipping carriers do you use?

Depending on the order and destination, we may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

5. How can I track my order?

When tracking information is available, it will be provided through your order details or sent to the email address associated with your order. You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery status.

6. Can I return lingerie or sleepwear?

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Due to hygiene considerations, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with applicable tags and packaging.

7. Can I return an item that has been worn?

For health and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of lingerie or other intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or otherwise used.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Include your order number and, when requested, clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

9. How long does a refund take?

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund is generally issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
